Mammoth Club Affiliate Program – Terms of Service

By participating in the Mammoth Club Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 30% commission on every qualifying sale made through their referral link.

Lifetime and Recurring Commissions

Commissions are lifetime-based. This means that once you refer a customer, you’ll continue to receive 30% on all future payments that customer makes—no recurring cap or time limit applies.

Important: The 30% recurring commission applies only to individual consumer subscriptions to the $199 Business-to-Consumer (B2C) plan. Sales of business plans, team licenses, or multi-seat packages do not qualify for recurring commissions.

Payouts

Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate.

Promotional Conduct

Affiliates must promote Mammoth Club truthfully and ethically. Any misleading, spammy, or deceptive marketing may result in termination and forfeiture of earnings.

Program Changes

Mammoth Club reserves the right to modify the commission rate, terms, or program structure at any time. Continued participation in the program indicates your acceptance of any changes.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms or harm the Mammoth Club brand in any way.
